A vacancy exists for a Regional Sales Admin Supervisor within Kazang – Merchant Division, in Durban.

The Regional Sales Admin Supervisor will form part of the Kazang Sales team. The responsibilities of the role include:     

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:   

  • Managing of daily, weekly, and / or monthly reports that shows the effectiveness of the various Sales Representatives.   
  • Expanding upon existing reports to ensure increased efficiency and to make sure you have the required information to assist the informal channel.   
  • Distributing said reports in the form of dashboards to the relevant Sales Manager
  • Using reports to identify devices that stopped trading.  
  • Escalating these to the relevant Salesperson / Field Technician to follow up.  
  • Ensure that any issues related to this is resolved satisfactorily by escalating to the relevant Department Head.  
  • Head up the Regional Sales Admin team. 
  • Complete various regional admin tasks.  
  • Lead base administration responsibilities.  
  • Assign tasks to other sales administrators.  
  • Co-ordinate weekly planning of the Field Service Technicians.  
  • Control and manage device stock.  
  • Control and manage region marketing material.   
  • Any ad-hoc administration as required by the Company.   
  • Assist with ad-hoc support work for the Regional Manager

In order to be considered for this position, the following requirements must be met:  

  • Matric  
  • Relevant tertiary qualification focusing on Marketing / Analytics / Management.   
  • Degree in Sales Management would be advantageous.   
  • 3-5 years’ administrative experience managing others.  
  • Advanced computer literacy skills (Outlook, Excel).   
  • Ability to work with large amounts of data.
